About the Role
Manage, process, and record day-to-day financial transactions
Process and post Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Credit Card Reconciliations
Bank Account Reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of
the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Updating financial records and setting up new vendors via accounting software
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
Chinese and English required.
BS degree in accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Proficient in use of QuickBooks (Required)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office software (Required)
Work accurately, efficiently, and with strong organization and detail-orientation skills
